Solutions

Empowering the world’s most beautiful and challenging landscapes with tailored solutions that redefine what’s possible!

Solar Solutions

At Greenlink ReGen, we specialize in delivering reliable solar energy to the most remote and challenging regions of Africa.

From off-grid to on-grid, we design and execute large-scale solar systems tailored to each site. Our team handles the entire process—from feasibility and engineering to installation, commissioning, and long-term maintenance.

Combining European standards with Tanzanian expertise, we bring clean, consistent power where it’s needed most.

Battery Energy storage Systems (BESS)

Reduce generator and poor grid dependency even more! Compliment your solar PV system with our cutting edge Lithium-Ion battery technologies, ensuring stable and reliable power throughout the day.

Where solar PV systems provide power during daylight hours, our cutting-edge lithium-ion battery solutions enable you to avoid running generators at night, maximising efficiency.

Our advanced battery technologies eliminate power cuts during generator transitions, making transition seamless, and maintaining stable voltages to prevent equipment damage.

We provide different types of Lithium batteries, fully containerised or cabinets with advanced HVAC and air cooling to ensure the longest lifetime of batteries, or smaller batteries that can be placed inside a power room by itself.

With a proved track record installing the largest battery systems in East Africa, with battery banks of up to 3MWh, we guarantee flawless operation and seamless integration between all power sources such as PV, grid, hydro, generator etc.

THERMODYNAMIC Heat Pumps

Highly energy efficient water heating! Our 'Energie' Heatpumps from Portugal provide 24hrs of hot water. The advanced thermodynamic panel extracts not only heat from sun, but also from air, wind, rain, and even snow! Ensuring continuous warm water even on cloudy days.

How it works
The evaporation of the fluid that runs inside the closed looped circuit happens on the thermodynamic panel by capturing the heat from the sun, wind, rain and surrounding air by natural convection.

The heated fluid then travels to the compressor, that will compress the fluid increasing its pressure and also it’s temperature. Then it goes to the heat exchanger where where this heat is transferred to the water. After this, an expansion valve will make the pressure and temperature drop to sub-zero values. The fluid travels up to the thermodynamic solar panel and the cycle repeats again.

EQUIPMENT

  • No ducts and no fans
  • No energy-consuming defrost cycles
  • Super efficient low consumption compressor
  • No need to install support equipment

Thermodynamic panel

  • Captures heat regardless of weather factors
  • Primary circuit does not need to dissipate excess heat on hotter days
  • Easy architectural integration, versatile without visual impact

Solar Water Heaters

Solar water heating is a simple solution for water heating. It is an efficient process where energy from the sun is captured to heat water for many types of applications. Our extremely robust solar water heaters come from the reputable Australian manufacturer SolaHart. Their long track record ensures the highest quality and lifetime of the units.

How it works: Collectors installed on your roof use a dark surface to trap the sun’s heat and transfer it to the fluid circulating inside. Water is stored in an insulated tank for future use.

Every Solahart system also includes a gas or electric booster to ensure you always have hot water, even on cold and cloudy days. As world leaders in solar hot water technology, Solahart has developed a range of models to suit every climate zone, roof space, and orientation.
